Le Coin Restaurant, located in the Upper Fremont Neighborhood of Seattle, is partnering with Alderbrook Resort & Spa for our 2nd annual Hood Canal take over. It will be an evening of open-flame cooking celebrating the regional flavors of Hood Canal. Executive Chef Joshua Delgado and his team will keep your  plate full of bites sourced nearby, highlighting hyper-local oysters and shellfish, Pacific Northwest Wagyu, sockeye salmon, seasonal produce, and of course thoughtful libations.

This year Le Coin and Alderbrook Resort are going to take the event to new heights with an included trip on the Lady Alderbook Yacht. We will chaperon all guests from the resorts dock to the Union City Market and back again at the conclusion of the dinner. On the boat ride down to the Union City Market, guests will have a tour of the south end of Hood Canal all the while sipping Champagne and indulging on fine Caviar as we make our way down the canal to the event space. The boat ride to and from Alderbrook Resort as well as Champagne & Caviar service on the boat is included with the price of the evenings ticket. The cost of the ticket  for the evening is $150 per person.

The rustic environment of the Union City Market is the ideal setting where you move from a wood-fired cooking station to an oyster shucking area on the beach while chatting with the chefs and shellfish growers before settling into your waterfront seat to enjoy your meal. Glasses of Wine & Craft Beer are included with the ticket price. A limited selection of specialty wine bottles will also be for sale.
